| UGS Grijpskerk storage tariff & terms and conditions |

NAM is pleased to offer services to third parties from its underground storage facility in Grijpskerk. NAM does this while maintaining its position that the UGS Grijpskerk should not be considered a gas storage facility as defined in the Gas Act.
Based on the information obtained via a market survey and discussions with market parties NAM has developed two storage services with the objective to meet the needs of potential customers. The standard gas storage service contracts detailing the terms and conditions of the available services are available below.
NAM is now offering the available services in the period 1 April 2010 – 31 March 2011. The booking window closes 30 September 2009. |

The storage service for the period 1 April 2010 until 31 March 2011 will be offered in units of 1 bundle at a cost of € 1,127,933 per bundle per annum (price level 2010).
The bundle fee is subject to annual price index escalation by 25% of the change in CPI (Consumer Price Index, all households, derived, 2006 = 100).

The service and all applicable tariffs, terms and conditions of the available services (based on a 12 month contract) are detailed in the relevant standard gas storage service agreements including the Operating and Trading Manual. |

The amount of capacity on offer to third parties will be reviewed regularly. Due to unforeseen circumstances unsold capacity may be reduced or withdrawn. Contracts may be refused if hoarding is suspected.
The booking round for the available storage services in the period 1 April 2010 – 31 March 2011 has closed on 30 September 2009. As a result all available capacity has been awarded.
